Place was great. Perfect size for 2 couples. Host communication was seamless and checkin link sent had clear instructions on how to check-in, amenities, restaraunt recommendations, and points of interest near by. Took advantage of the clean BBQ. Lots to see and do. Great vibes outside and nice to relax in hot tub after the day of sightseeing and golf. Would recommend.

This was a cute stay for my daughter and I on a short trip. Walking distance to everything and a quiet neighborhood! Very clean space, communicated very well with host as well. Would recommend!

Location! Staying along the boulevard in Gloucester is a treat. It’s an easy walk to the park and its amenities and downtown with its harbor side restaurants and views. The boulevard itself is right there for you to enjoy- just walk across the street! The house (it’s -/2 of a duplex) is very clean, comfortable, and freshly decorated with lovely views, lots of room for both gathering together or having private space. We enjoyed a very special family time together. Rachel was very easy to communicate with in general, and responded quickly and positively to a request which was greatly appreciated.

The house lived up to expectations. We needed a home base for a wedding we had in town _it was a beautiful place to stay. The house is spectacular and peaceful. I’m glad i chose this option rather than staying the five days at the hotel.

We stayed in late April just as signs of spring were emerging. We had four glorious days of cool, sunny weather. The charming space is very comfortable, functional, quite spacious. The upstairs mattress is probably the most comfortable we’ve ever had away from home! It was a pleasure to return to the whole apartment after a day of adventure. It great access (walkable) to downtown Rockport. There is some noise from upstairs, but to be expected in a building from late 1800’s. We had an overall super great stay and would like much to return. Thank you, Rachel!

Rachel’s place was amazing the view of the harbor spectacular. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of. The upstairs shower has full body jets that will wash away your troubles and sore muscles. The backyard was beautifully decorated with flowers and plants making me feel at home. Thank you for sharing your home.

This cozy little quirky space was a great Air B&B Beverly find. Artsy, unique, fun decor made the space special and looking at the details in the art work was interesting. Love the monkey lampshade lamp. That made me laugh every time I looked at it. Would recommend and stay again.
