Exceptionally clean and well equipped home, and convenient walking distance to all of Salem’s attractions. Show water pressure is very weak. Also, it would be convenient if there was a mirror outside just the bathroom.

It was close to everything we wanted to do! It was nice not having to leave where we parked unless we planned on leaving town! It was close enough to bring the kids in to rest and unwind when needed, which really helped a lot! Check in was easy, check out was easy! The apartment was adorably decorated, and so cozy! Nothing to really dislike.

This was our third stay with Rachel and second in this particular unit. Everything was to great, from the unit to the communication with the host. This unit has everything you could need for your stay, and the location is incredible. You have easy access to everything downtown and can easily park your vehicle off street, which is a huge plus in Rockport. Rachel is a great host and is so easy to communicate with, and very responsive. We are looking forward to our future stays with Rachel and this awesome place!

Great on-site parking and a cute little yard with lovely landscaping. Good location, close to Rockport and the beaches. There was a nice view of the harbor, but not the prettiest structure directly across the street

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, impeccably clean, and had such a cozy, charming feel. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, making it incredibly convenient. Check-in was simple and seamless, which made arriving stress-free. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could need, whether you’re staying for a weekend or an extended trip. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located rental!

Loved the house itself and its location in the town. Everything was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was new, clean and well set up. Easy to walk around the town, or to drive to other nearby locations. Also the hosts were very easy to contact and responded quickly when we had a question.

Perfect in every way!!! Spacious and nicely decorated. Modern yet felt like I was in a New England home. We appreciated all the little details throughout. Walking distance to “downtown” Salem and Pickering Wharf.All communication was top notch too. Highly recommend!!

A really lovely place to stay - every bit as besutiful as the pictures - well equipped and thoughtfully supplied with essentials for cooking and cleaning. Helpfu and communicative owner. Would certainly go again No washing machine!

Lovely mansion home, comfortable modern facilities on a huge scenic property with it's own small lake and close to walking trails. Easy access in East Gloucester. Good heating during a chilly early spring stay for my party of 10. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen space and large common rooms for entertaining. The host was very quick with responses to requests and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to larger groups staying on Cape Ann. Everyone in my party enjoyed our eight days at the Cranberry Hill estate. We had no complaints during our stay. Plenty of linen, and a modern washer and dryer and modern kitchen.
