• Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances. Violations will result in a $250 penalty. • No smoking of any kind (including vaping) is permitted inside or on the property, and no candles please. Smoking violations may incur a $1500 penalty. • Parties or events are NOT allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a $1500 penalty. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome. • The minimum booking age is 21. The person booking must be present during the stay. • Quiet hours are from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 08:00 (8:00 AM). Please be respectful of our neighbors. Excessive noise during quiet hours may result in a $500 fine. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra guests beyond the number on the reservation are subject to a charge of $25 per person, per night. • Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of reservation. • Damage Protection is included – a $28 fee is included in your quote, covering up to $1500 in 'all risk' damage protection in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Full coverage details are in the rental agreement. • Please treat the property with care and report any issues or accidental damage promptly. • No open flames: use of candles is strictly prohibited. • Dispose of trash properly according to instructions provided in your guidebook. • Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM; please communicate your arrival time in advance if possible.
