House Rules
- No smoking ANYTHING inside and no candles please. - Dogs 30 lb and under welcome after approval - Dogs may not be left unattended unless they are safely crated. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Parties or events $250 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to penalty of $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement.

This is an apartment of a historic building with other units so quiet hours will be strictly enforced so as to protect the peace of other travelers. Please note, the kitchen has a compact not full sized fridge. •Check-in is 4:00 PM- 10:00 PM •Check-out is 11:00 AM or earlier • No early check-in or late check out • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

We're just a 15 minute walk to the Salem train station that is a 40 min ride into Boston. There are also plenty of Uber/Lyft drivers in town that can take you wherever you need to go.
