Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 * Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours.
