The closet is stocked with an air mattress in bedding to accommodate for sleeping an extra guest or 2 on this level. Make your way into the full kitchen, complete with all the amenities and appliances you need for a home cooked meal. Enjoy eating cooking up a meal and serving it at the bar. No smoking ANYTHING inside and no candles please. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $1500 • Pets $250 • Parties or events $1500 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. Rachel was incredibly kind and super responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Rachel. Le logement, son emplacement ainsi que les équipements proposés nous ont permis de nous sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Le logement est chaleureux et décoré avec beaucoup de soin. Rachel est une hôte exceptionnelle : toujours à l’écoute, disponible et pleine de petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour. Elle a également su gérer avec professionnalisme un petit problème technique indépendant de sa volonté, et nous a généreusement proposé un surclassement. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et j’y reviendrai sans hésitation lors de mes prochains voyages à Boston.

Absolutely loved having a home base over a hotel that was so close to everything! The girls loved the attic room to have as their own little space and the street had plenty of parking and was not as busy as the short walk I to town streets were. Will definitely be staying here again if we came back to town during the Halloween season!

Great townhouse in Salem! Stayed with three families and it was more than enough space. Wonderful location that was an easy walk to downtown and all the Salem sights plus across the street from a mini mart and pizza place. Street parking was a breeze for multiple cars (and in mid October!). House was updated, clean and comfortable. Rachel was very responsive to our messages and let us park early/keep our car there after check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Easily slept 7 adults (3 couples plus one) with plenty of room. Kitchen is great for cooking which will save you $$$ not having to eat out every meal. It’s an easy 15 minute walk to the Essex St mall where all the wacky fun is. Rachel was super kind and sent us all the info we needed well in advance of our arrival. The place was very clean, basically spotless. And the checkout instructions are super simple and chill.
