Garden Getaway is nestled in the heart of Beverly. This unique 2-bedroom apartment is inspired by the beautiful green spaces right around the corner like the Beverly Common and the blooms of Lynch Park. This unit is walking distance to all downtown Beverly has to offer. Pull into a private parking spot, step into the pre-1900 elegant Victorian home and conveniently find your private apartment on the second floor. 10 minute drive to Salem 10 minute walk to Beverly's beaches ☆☆ SECOND FLOOR UNIT ☆☆ Once you step inside you'll immediately be greeted by the vibrant and colorful decor throughout. The living room is the perfect place to unwind and stream your favorites or take advantage of the dedicated workspace. A large bedroom with a king bed is off the living room complete with a walk-in closet. Past the living room you'll find a large eat-in kitchen complete with granite counters and coffee bar. In the back of the apartment you'll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and lots of dresser space for clothes and other necessities.

House Rules

- No smoking ANYTHING on the property and no candles please. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Parties or events $250 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement.

*This is a second floor apartment of a multi-family historic home so there are stairs needed to access the unit and you may hear reasonable level sounds of other building residents during your stay. If there is ever any excessive noise we are always a quick call away to address this. * The coin-op Washer/Dryer is located in the basement • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM or earlier. No early check-in or late check outs • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Exterior Cameras present on front entrance of the building

We are right in the heart of downtown Beverly! The apartment is next to Montserrat College and a couple blocks from Dane Street Beach! You'll find yourself steps outside all the best coffee shops, restaurants, and shops on Cabot Street.

Rachel’s place is walkable to everything we wanted to see and do. We cooked as well on the gas stove and had all that was needed to enjoy a home cooked meal. Our bed was comfortable and the area where we stayed felt very safe. We will visit again. This was our second time to Rachel’s.

Rachel's place is really well done, a modern feeling apartment in an older building. We had a great stay and especially appreciated the fun wallpaper. It's in an awesome location, super walkable. Rachel was very friendly and fast to respond. One thing to note is that the back bedroom has very minimal clearance along the bottom of it, so two people sleeping there may have a bit of a struggle getting to the other side of the bed. Still a comfy bed though!

We had a fantastic time staying here over the holidays with our kids. Rachel was very responsive when we had a small problem with parking (another Airbnb guest parking in our spot accidentally), and it was resolved quickly. Her place was comfortable and cozy and looked just like the photos. it was a great location, although we didn't walk around the area much because of the weather. In slightly warmer weather I think we would have been walking downtown for breakfast every morning, down to the playground at the beach, etc.

This space is the perfect walking distance from anything you could want in Beverly! Uber/Lyft is readily available and we are minutes from Beverly Depot Train Station where you can take the commuter rail directly to Boston or nearby spots like Salem and Gloucester.
