Pull into a private parking spot, step into the pre-1900 elegant Victorian home and conveniently find your apartment right on the first floor. 10 Minutes to downtown Salem Steps to downtown Beverly’s shops and restaurants 5 minute walk to Beverly’s beaches ☆☆ MAIN FLOOR ☆☆ Once you step inside you'll immediately be greeted by vibrant, colorful, and artistic decor throughout. The living room is the perfect place to unwind and stream your favorites or take advantage of the dedicated workspace. A large bedroom with a queen bed is located off the living room complete with a walk-in closet. Past the living room you'll find an eclectic eat-in kitchen complete with granite counters, a coffee bar and fun retro fridge. In the back of the apartment you'll find the second bedroom. This bedroom is a cozy space with a cottage-like feel.
House Rules
- No smoking ANYTHING on the property and no candles please. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Parties or events $250 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement.

*This is a first floor apartment of a multi-family historic home so you may hear upstairs neighbors during your stay. *The Coin-op washer/dryer is located in the basement • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM or earlier • No early check-in or late check out • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • Exterior Cameras present on front entrance of the building
