Head up the stairs to the third floor and you'll find the newly remodeled space is the perfect balance of modern amenities and historic charm! A cozy eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meals inside or walk out to your private deck with ocean views. Head into the living room where you'll find fun coastal decor, another spot to enjoy meals, and a corner workspace for remote work. Off the living room is a spacious bedroom with memory foam king sized mattress. A renovated full bathroom with a tub finishes off the unit. All spaces have been thoughtfully and professionally designed and of course just steps away from all that quaint downtown Rockport has to offer!
House Rules
*Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Pets $250 • Noise during quiet hours $500 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
