With room to sleep 4, a great open concept floor plan and an amazing outdoor space, this property is hard to beat! - ¼ mile to the Atlantic Path - ½ mile to Old Garden Beach and the Headlands overlooking Rockport Harbor - Less than a mile from downtown Rockport ☆☆ FIRST FLOOR ☆☆ As you enter the home you'll find a convenient half bath on the first floor and an open concept space perfect for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with complimentary coffee and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The living room includes a large smart TV to stream your favorites or plenty of board games for quality family time. ☆☆ SECOND FLOOR ☆☆ Head up to the second floor and you'll find a washer+dryer and plenty of toys, books, and games for kids. Both bedrooms are also on this level - one with 2 twins and the other with a king bed. The bedrooms are connected by the full bathroom which is a modern, newly renovated space with a walk-in shower. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ You can’t beat the outdoor space at this property! * Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Pets $250 • Noise during quiet hours $500 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
