Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $35 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
