The colorful kitchen houses all the essentials that you will need including your choice of Keurig or french press for your morning coffee! ☆☆ BEDROOM + BATHROOM ☆☆ The spacious bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and plenty of space to unpack in the closet. You'll also find a nook in here with a desk set up perfect for remote workspace! The fully renovated bathroom is another colorful space with a shower and tub combo. House Rules
- No smoking ANYTHING inside and no candles please. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Parties or events $250 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement.

This is a second floor apartment of a historic building so quiet hours will be strictly enforced so as to protect the peace for our neighbors. You'll need to reach out if you'd like us to adjust the heat for you! Please note, this property is NOT suitable for children due to the steep stairs that are not closed off •Check-in is 4:00 PM- 10:00 PM •Check-out is 11:00 AM or earlier • No early check-in or late check out • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
