Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the newly remodeled space is the perfect balance of modern amenities and historic charm! The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen is a perfect gathering spot for all. All spaces have been professionally designed with gorgeous details and colors throughout. Off the living area you'll find a common half bathroom. Around the corner is your unique and private suite. A queen sized bed, private balcony, and remote workspace are just a few perks of this suite. There is also en-suite full bathroom with large stand up shower. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a large Kohler soaker tub and the tile reveals a unique original inscription carefully preserved. All of this comfort and style just steps away from all that quaint downtown Rockport has to offer!
House Rules
No smoking ANYTHING inside and no candles please. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $1500 • Pets $250 • Parties or events $1500 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
