Located in the heart of Historic Salem is this cozy 1 bedroom apartment with driveway parking and an outdoor space is hard to beat. Just minutes from some of Salem’s most popular Historic sites such as Salem Witch Museum, House of 7 Gables, and Ghost Tours. Salem has become a year round destination with boat tours, outdoor dining, restaurants and nightlife and only 15 minutes from some of the North Shore’s most beautiful beaches. Only 30 minute drive from Boston w/easy access to public transportation such as the commuter rail station-only 5 mins from the property. ☆☆ SECOND FLOOR UNIT ☆☆ Step into this cute apartment and be greeted by a large living room with lots of seating space and a Smart TV. The sofa in this living space pulls out to a queen sized bed, for any additional guests. Make your way into the full kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking, an apartment sized oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, and lots of culinary tools. Off of the kitchen you can also find the full bathroom with a tiled shower. Off of the living room is the spacious bedroom, with a large closet and new king sized memory foam bed, with views of the Salem Commons out the window. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ Outside you can find a fenced in backyard with a bistro table for two and a bench. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 * Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Pets $250 • Noise during quiet hours $500 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement

Was extremely clear on instructions on where to park and how to access the apartment. Was in the perfect location cross the street from the green and very close walking distance to Essex St.

Such a good experience, I can’t wait to come back and hopefully stay again. You can’t beat the location and its proximity to all there is to do in Salem. It was nice to be able to walk away from the hustle and bustle and still feel like we were close enough to the action but also have some peace in the evenings. The park is a wonderful place to get out and walk which we did frequently and I really enjoyed it. The residents of Salem were friendly and welcoming. The host made everything so easy and getting in and out of the home was a breeze. She was very responsive and friendly. I can’t imagine a better trip. Ty so much we will reach out when we return.

This apartment is extremely centrally located in Salem and is not more than a 15 minute walk from the center of town with all the museums and attractions. We loved walking around and exploring Salem with a comfortable, clean place to return to as needed!

The apartment was as described and in a perfect location. My only complaint was that even though there is an air conditioner it is in the bedroom window and the living room got a little too warm. I did not reach out to Rachel to ask for a fan as we were busy and kept forgetting but I imagine she would have provided one if we had asked. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for my daughter but as most sofa beds are I would have wanted a bit more padding for myself. The location though is perfect to walk almost anywhere you would want to go in Salem and very cute. My son liked the “theme” and is asking why our house doesn’t have a theme too.

This place was beautiful! Exactly what you want when staying in an old New England town, but with modern amenities. Their attention to detail was great! More importantly, beyond comfortable and near EVERYTHING!! Best location in Salem! We cannot wait to come back!

We're just a 15 minute walk to the Salem train station that is a 40 min ride into Boston. There are also plenty of Uber/Lyft drivers in town that can take you wherever you need to go.
