House Rules
• Pets are NOT allowed anywhere on the property. • Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. No candles, please. • Parties and events are NOT permitted. • Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome at the property. • Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise during these hours will result in a $500 fine. • A Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your reservation. • Damage Protection: A $28 charge is included in your total quote for $1500 of all-risk damage protection coverage in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are outlined in the rental agreement. • Primary guest/booking age requirement: Minimum of 21 years old. • Extra Person Fee: Only registered guests are allowed. An extra person beyond the number of guests reserved is subject to a $25 per person per night charge. • Please care for the home as you would your own. Report any accidental damage or issues promptly so we can address them. PENALTIES: • Smoking or vaping: $250 fine • Parties/events: $250 fine • Pets: $250 fine • Noise during quiet hours: $500 fine • Extra guests: $25 per person per night • Damages: Subject to cost of repair or replacement Thank you for treating the home with care and helping us maintain a welcoming environment for all future guests!
