No candles, please. • Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise during these hours will result in a $500 fine. • A Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your reservation. • Damage Protection: A $50 charge is included in your total quote for $1500 of all-risk damage protection coverage in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are outlined in the rental agreement. • Primary guest/booking age requirement: Minimum of 21 years old. • Please care for the home as you would your own. Report any accidental damage or issues promptly so we can address them.
