Conveniently pull into your reserved parking spaces and step into this historic pre-1900 home "The Driftwood". Your apartment is conveniently located right on the first floor. As you head in you'll find the first bedroom is light and bright, complete with king size bed and plenty of room to unpack. The first floor is a nice open space with a newly renovated kitchen, all stainless appliances, and large bar with plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals. The first floor bathroom includes a double vanity and large Kohler soaking tub. Head downstairs and you'll find a washer and dryer, and colorful sunken living room with 4K Smart TV and full size pull out sofa to sleep 2 additional guests. The lower level bathroom has a standup shower and modern fixtures. The bedroom on this floor features exposed brick wall and another comfortable king sized bed. Families you'll love having a downstairs space for the kids! Leave all the bulky gear at home as we've got this space stocked with a high chair, pack and play, and umbrella stroller. All spaces have been professionally designed with gorgeous details and colors throughout. The historic character of this charming new england space has been preserved for your enjoyment without sacrificing comfort or modern style! Not to mention you are just steps away from all that quaint downtown Rockport has to offer!
House Rules
No smoking ANYTHING inside and no candles please. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $1500 • Pets $250 • Parties or events $1500 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
