This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Please dispose of opened food/drinks in the trash. The HOA has strict guidelines on the exterior trash so it’s easiest if our cleaners take out the trash. If you do want to take it outside please refer to guidelines in the guidebook! *The trash must go in barrel #4 then get locked back up. Recycle ONLY can go in the recycle bin. There are exterior cameras and any trash not put in #4 or if the barrel is found to be left unlocked will result in a fine. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours.
