• Pets are not allowed. Strictly no animals are permitted in the property at any time. • Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not allowed anywhere inside the property or on the premises. No candles are permitted. • Events, parties, or gatherings are not allowed. • Children are welcome. • Infants under 2 years old are welcome. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM (22:00) to 8:00 AM. Please respect these hours to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. A $500 fine applies for excessive noise during quiet hours. • Booking age should be 21 or older. The booking guest must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. • A Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation is confirmed. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation. • Damage Protection is included—a $28 charge covers your purchase of $1,500 of all-risk damage protection coverage, in lieu of a cash deposit. Coverage details are outlined in the rental agreement. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Extra guests beyond the reservation will incur a $25 per person per night fee. • Please take care of the home and its contents, and leave it in good condition upon checkout. PENALTIES: • Smoking (including vaping): $500 • Pets: $500 • Parties or events: $500 • Excessive noise during quiet hours: $500 • Extra person beyond the reservation: $25 per person per night • Damages: Subject to the cost of repair or replacement Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Short walk to Washington Square, Essex Street pedestrian shopping, Peabody Essex Museum sites, restaurants, cafes, and several heritage attractions (Salem Witch Museum area, historic houses). Waterfront, Winter Island Park, and Salem Harbor are minutes away by foot, bike or short drive. The area is busy with tourists seasonally (especially October) but otherwise compact and highly walkable.

Transport options Walkability: Excellent for downtown errands, dining, museums and the Common — most sites reachable on foot in 5–15 minutes. MBTA Commuter Rail: Salem (Salem Depot) on the Newburyport/Rockport Line provides regular service to Boston North Station (about 30–40 minutes). Station is a short walk north on Washington Street. MBTA & local buses: Several bus routes serve downtown Salem (450, 455, 435/456 and seasonal services); buses connect to Haymarket and Logan-area routes. Ferry: Seasonal Salem–Boston ferry runs Memorial Day through October, waterfront to waterfront in Boston (~50 minutes). Rideshare/local: Rideshare services operate in Salem; the city also offers a local shared-ride (Salem Skipper) for short, low-cost trips. Driving & parking: Downtown has municipal lots and an MBTA garage near the station; streets can be busy and parking rates rise during peak visitor seasons, so leaving a car parked and exploring on foot is recommended.
