• Pets are not allowed. Strictly no animals are permitted in the property at any time. • Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not allowed anywhere inside the property or on the premises. No candles are permitted. • Events, parties, or gatherings are not allowed. • Children are welcome. • Infants under 2 years old are welcome. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM (22:00) to 8:00 AM. Please respect these hours to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. A $500 fine applies for excessive noise during quiet hours. • Booking age should be 21 or older. The booking guest must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. • A Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation is confirmed. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation. • Damage Protection is included—a $28 charge covers your purchase of $1,500 of all-risk damage protection coverage, in lieu of a cash deposit. Coverage details are outlined in the rental agreement. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Extra guests beyond the reservation will incur a $25 per person per night fee. • Please take care of the home and its contents, and leave it in good condition upon checkout.
