Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 * Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Pets $250 • Noise during quiet hours $500 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement

We're just a 15 minute walk to the Salem train station that is a 40 min ride into Boston. There are also plenty of Uber/Lyft drivers in town that can take you wherever you need to go.
