House Rules
No smoking ANYTHING inside and no candles please. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 * Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Noise during quiet hours $500 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement

A 5 minute walk to the center of Essex Village full of historic homes, antique shops, and restaraunts all along beautiful marsh views. Rent Kayaks or paddleboards from SUP and launch from town center or the beach at nearby Conomo Point. Essex is perfectly situated between scenic towns of Ipswich and Gloucester.

We recommend having a car during your visit as we are within driving distance to many of the sights and attractions of the North Shore including Salem, Gloucester, and Rockport. Uber and taxis are also available.
