The cottage still has many of the 1950’s charm which we are renovating over time but have made some recent renovations like new flooring throughout! You're unlikely to want to leave this prime oceanfront spot but we are only minutes away from Rockport's Bearskin Neck, Whale Watching in Gloucester, and so much more!

- NO CATS allowed, owners must clean up after pet waste and dispose in the garbage. - Dog fee is charged at $15/day - Dog cannot be left unattended in the unit unless crated. - No smoking ANYTHING inside and no candles please. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Parties or events $250 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement.

Mid-June through the first week of September there is a $50/week per car parking fee to be paid at the main gate. You will be designated 2 spots that come with the house.
