As you enter the picturesque town of Rockport you'll pull onto a quiet gravel side street and see a quintessential cedar shingled guest house with reserved parking conveniently right out front. Pass your private patio complete with bistro set and grill and head up the stairs to your newly renovated guest suite. Turn into the modern bathroom and you'll find a washer+dryer, stand up shower, and an additional vanity perfect for getting ready for a night out. The cozy studio makes excellent use of the space with a built in queen size bed and comfortable sofa to relax while watching the large smart TV. The beautiful kitchenette is equipped with all the conveniences you'll need during your stay - microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffeemaker! While you won't find a stove/oven there is no shortage of options for cooking including a toaster oven and hot plate. The dining area is perfect for peaceful meals inside or enjoy it on the outdoor patio! All of this is just a 5 minute walk to the beach so come back from a day in the sand and enjoy access to the outdoor shower off the main house.
House Rules
- No smoking ANYTHING inside and no candles please. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Parties or events $250 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement.

Located in a quiet seaside neighborhood the studio apartment is set off a small gravel side street that's only a quick 5 minute walk to Old Garden Beach at the end of the road. Walk to picturesque downtown Rockport - home to the Shalin Liu Performance Center, galleries, shops, restaurants, boating, and more!
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire studio apartment and patio outside the entrance. Guests will also be able to access the outdoor shower outside the main house.

It is a quick 5-10 min walk from the apartment into town. The train station is 1 mile away (about 25 min walk). If you plan to explore outside Rockport we do recommend having a vehicle at this location to most conveniently explore all that this area has to offer!
