Lovely place. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. Quiet. A little too far me to walk into the center of Rockport but it is doable. On a mid-September weekday, there is no problem finding parking in town. Enjoyed my stay.

Rachel's place was absolutely stunning! The house had everything we needed, was super clean and in a great location! The house was within walking distance to the heart of Salem and is located in a beautiful neighborhood! We loved the history of the house and the beautiful details! The sunroom and the back yard was a great hangout place in the evenings! Rachel was a fantastic host with great communication! I highly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

Had a great stay at 33 Broadway, Rockport. Rachel was very responsive and the accommodation was very good. Well equip kitchen and nice furniture. Great location within walking distance of all that Rockport has to offer.

I absolutely had an amazing time. The place was in such a perfect location and couldn’t have been happier. I also want to shout out the host for being so responsive and allowed us early Check in as well! Would definitely book again.

Excellent experience staying in Rockport. Location could not be better, house was spotless, check in was easy and Rachel was so responsive. Lots of helpful information was sent in advance of places to eat, things to do in the area etc. 10/10

Amazing time. Sounds of the waves clear as day could be heard from all rooms in the house. Welcoming large table to gather family and friends around. We hope to be back!

We loved staying here! The apartment was comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and the kitchen was as well. It’s in a gorgeous historic district minutes away from everything on foot. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip. The view was spectacular and everyone was able to spread out. Our host was always quick to respond and the house was very well equipped as well. This is a gem of a property.

We cannot fault anything about our stay. It was fantastic! Rachel was a very responsive and friendly host and ensured our check in and stay went smoothly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly like the photos. Beverly is a perfect spot to explore Salem and Boston. The town itself is very peaceful with great food spots. We loved the organic cafe down the street. Great thrifting spots, too!

The Bookstore was conveniently located just a few steps to the ocean, local restaurants, and shops! Rockport is a sweet, quaint, New England gem. Rachel’s place was super cozy, well decorated, and pristine. This is our second time at one of Rachel’s spaces. She is very communicative, professional, and proactive. Highly recommend!
