This adorable little 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect spot for your Rockport getaway. It's tucked away on a quiet street but steps away from Rockport's Main Street and Bearkskin Neck! Enjoy all the shops, restaraunts, and galleries that make up this quintessential village. Walk over to Front Beach then end your day at the grilling a homemade meal out on your private patio! 10 Min Walk to Front Beach 30 Min Drive to Salem ☆☆ FIRST FLOOR ☆☆ As you enter the home you'll be greeted by an open concept space perfect for gathering. Within this space you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The living room includes a smart TV to stream your favorites, and a pull out sectional to sleep 2 guests. A convenient closet on this level houses a washer and dryer so feel free to pack light! ☆☆ SECOND FLOOR ☆☆ Head up to the second floor and you'll find both bedrooms along with a full bathroom. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and the second bedroom features a queen bed both with space to unpack! The full bathroom on this floor has a walk-in tiled shower. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ You can’t beat the patio at this property! There is a beautifully landscaped patio with Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor dining space. Along with that you will find a gas grill for al fresco dining. A great space for outdoor family gatherings!
House Rules
NO CATS allowed. Owners must clean up after dog waste and dispose in the garbage. Dog cannot be left unattended in the home unless crated/contained. There is a $15/day dog fee. No smoking ANYTHING inside and no candles please. *Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours. PENALTIES: • Smoking $250 • Noise during quiet hours $500 • Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement

It is a quick 5-10 min walk from the apartment into town. The train station is 1 mile away (about 25 min walk). If you plan to explore outside Rockport we do recommend having a vehicle at this location to most conveniently explore all that this area has to offer!
