Off of the living room, you will find the first bedroom, which has a full sized bed and lots of closet space. NO CATS allowed. Owners must clean up after dog waste and dispose in the garbage. Dog cannot be left unattended in the home unless crated/contained. There is a $15/day dog fee. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation. *Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement. *Booking age should be 21 *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. $500 fine will apply for excessive noise during these hours.
